Hello,
One tidbit of information:
Unlike Quebec, New Brunswick does not have a mandatory breathalyzer requirement for those accused of impaired driving or refusal.
It appears that one can take up residence in New Brunswick and lose the breathalyzer requirement by virtue of the change of residence.
One reason to move to New Brunswick, my friends!

Yeah when my cousin told me about this, I didn’t believe it but searched online and found it true. My cousin told me from his experience of working with a Los Angeles DUI lawyer that once drunk driving becomes disproportionality high, laws would be changed.
